FAMILY SUPPORT & PLANNING
IYT provides structured, ongoing support for families navigating the complex emotional and logistical challenges that surround adolescent treatment transitions. Services begin well before the day of transport, offering guidance on communication strategies, preparation steps, and family readiness planning, as well as a 24/7 line to talk through the process.
While the identified client remains the primary focus, families often carry the emotional burden of uncertain and high-stress circumstances. IYT hopes to reassure and help carry this weight, serving as a steady, trusted ally to both adolescents and their families, and guiding everyone involved toward the next step with clarity and care.
Upon initial contact, families receive a no-cost consultation, clinical assessment, and a strategic itinerary and quote tailored to their situation and needs. IYT provides families with structure, clarity, and the coordinated support needed to navigate complex decisions, while maintaining alignment with referring professionals and treatment providers.
From initial planning through follow-up after admission, IYT serves as a consistent, clinically aligned resource that families can rely on throughout the process, not just as a service but as an organization of individuals, from the top down, who will work with you every step of the way.
INTERVENTION AND CRISIS RESPONSE
IYT provides structured support for families navigating complex behavioral health scenarios where added coordination or guidance is needed. While all of our transport services incorporate therapeutic intervention techniques, we also offer full-scale, formal interventions for families seeking a more comprehensive approach. These are led by trained interventionists with specific experience in adolescent behavioral health.
Interventionists work directly with families to prepare messaging, plan communication strategies, and create a safe, structured opportunity to shift momentum. The process is collaborative and highly planned, with an emphasis on meaningful family involvement and improved engagement from the adolescent.
All services are clinically informed and tailored to the unique needs of the client and family—always focused on creating stability, restoring connection, and helping the adolescent move toward care with clarity and support.

MISSING YOUTH LOCATION & RECOVERY RESPONSE TEAM
In situations where a teen is missing or cannot be located during a critical transition, IYT provides coordinated support to help families regain clarity and move forward safely.
IYT coordinates recovery efforts through a trusted national network of investigators and field specialists. These professionals bring extensive experience in missing youth recovery, including backgrounds in federal law enforcement and specialized behavioral health scenarios.
Each case is approached with discretion, urgency, and clinical awareness—supporting families through what is often a high-stress and time-sensitive situation.
