BOBBY TREDINNICK, LMSW-CASAC

Partner and CEO

Bobby is a master’s-level therapist with a degree from NYU, a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), private case manager, and trained interventionist. His own recovery journey led him to this work in 2015, and since then he has developed extensive experience across adolescent mental health, addiction recovery, crisis intervention, and how to navigate the complexities of care.

As CEO and clinical lead at Interactive Youth Transport, Bobby oversees all clinical considerations involved in client transports and care. He is deeply involved in shaping IYT’s operational model and approach, positioning it as one of the only adolescent transport organizations with a clinical base at the center of its client care.

Bobby brings deep insight and a high standard of care to an emotionally complex process. His approach to teen transport aims to evolve adolescent care by offering a model that adds therapeutic value. He focuses on helping adolescents feel safe and cared for, especially in high-acuity or complex scenarios, while also prioritizing family support and seamless professional collaboration. Alongside the rest of the leadership team and staff, IYT has provided these outcomes to clients across the nation.

Partner and COO

Boone is a behavioral health specialist and recovery coach with years of experience working with clients and their families helping them navigate the road to recovery with the highest degree of professionalism and care. Boone's passion for helping others, paired with his varied experience make him an invaluable source of stability throughout the uncertainty that comes with behavioral health and substance abuse crises.

Boone is intimately familiar with the Interactive Youth Transport team and knows how to navigate the individual needs of each transport to yield the best possible outcome, and  successful transitions into treatment.

DOMINIC DIXON
Interventional Transport Lead- Dallas

Dom leads ground operations for our Dallas-based hub. He is the most experienced and longest-standing member of the Dallas transport team, having joined IYT shortly after its founding. Over the years, he has personally led more than one thousand successful transports across the country. Known for his calm leadership, consistency, and ability to manage high-acuity cases with professionalism and care, Dom is a steady presence in challenging situations. Dominic’s success with complex behavioral cases, adolescents in crisis, and his unwavering commitment to their care has made him foundational to IYT’s success. All team members complete extensive background checks through the State of Utah’s Teen Transport Staff Approval process. We were proud to be one of the first companies approved under the program.

Shortly after an inquiry, parents or guardians are connected with a transport team member carefully selected to fit their needs. Families have direct access to their transport and clinical oversight teams throughout the process.
